About this Site

This blog exists to remind myself (and others) that at our very best we are all sinners in desperate need of God's grace. As Martin Luther said, "We are beggars, that is true." Primarily, Truly Beggars is designed for the use of the youth group (and parents) at [you know what church you go to].

We hope to use this site as:

1. a platform for the Daily Grind material to encourage personal Bible study for each student
2. an update center for youth group events
3. a bridge to helpful articles of interest to students
4. a space for healthy (and godly) interaction on various topics
5. a place students can find announcements they may have missed
6. an extra help for Sr. High students in preparing their hearts for Sunday School

Most of all, we hope that this blog will be a means of grace for our students. May God be magnified in what is said here!
